Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your INAIRSPACE account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
